Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Grade F - SCP 8-13

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HLTA for 32.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will ideally have had experience supporting or teaching pupils within KS2 and will demonstrate a flexible can-do approach with the aim of helping pupils to continue to make progress to be the best that they can be. The role will involve supporting groups or individual pupils within class as well as covering classes for PPA time.

We are seeking to employ a General Teaching Assistant with some school experience who is enthusiastic, innovative and self- motivated. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive approach, with the main aim of helping pupils to continue to make progress and reach their full potential. They should have a commitment to supporting high standards of teaching and learning through guided tasks, be keen to work as part of a close team, as well as have the ability to develop warm relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
