Welcome to our new transition page to help support the children as they move into their new year groups in September 2020. We appreciate that we cannot have our usual transition day in school but we wanted to start the process of the children getting to know the teacher and the teacher getting to know the children. We home this page will give you and your child information that will help to prepare for the new school year. Once you know which class teacher you will have next year, you can click on the links on their class page to find a video from them and a fact file. Your first challenge is to complete your own fact file so that your new teacher can start to find out some information about you!
